How we manage
What you get on every project.
A R15 000 aircon install and a R3 million refurbishment are run to the same standard. Only the size of the team changes.
Written proposals
Larger jobs come with a proposal setting out scope, method and marked-up site photos, ready to submit to an owner or body corporate.
No surprises on cost
Possible extras are listed up front and excluded from the total. If one is needed, the specialist's quote is passed to you at cost for approval first.
A fixed programme
You get a stated duration before work starts, including drying and curing time, so occupied homes and rental calendars can be planned around it.
Protection & clean handover
Furniture and finishes are covered for the duration of the works. Every job ends with a full clean and furniture put back in place.
Certificates handed over
Electrical COCs, fire-stopping certificates and before-and-after photos are handed over on completion, for your file and building management.

Six stages, in this order, on every project. Larger projects add more detail at each stage, never more stages.
Site inspection
We measure, photograph and trace the full route of the work on site.
Proposal & quote
Itemised quote, plus a written proposal where approvals are needed.
Approvals
Owner sign-off, and body corporate or council approval where required.
Programme & deposit
Start date confirmed, deposit received and materials ordered.
Works on site
Trades sequenced and supervised, with the site protected throughout.
Compliance & handover
Testing, certificates, final clean and balance on completion.
